We are so excited to welcome you back and we are ready and raring to get this new school year started!
We will be kicking off the year by learning about 'Our Planet Earth' in Geography and 'Materials' in Science. As well as this, we will be using the book 'Tiddler' during our English sessions and will be working hard to develop our understanding of place value in Maths.
A few things to note:
-PE days are on Tuesday and Friday and children need to come dressed in their PE kit on these days.
-A spelling booklet will be sent home (6.9.21) and needs to be kept at home. The children will be tested on their spellings every Monday.
-Home learning will be sent home every Wednesday via Google Classroom and needs to be returned the following Wednesday. Please email a photo of the home learning to y2@coit.sheffield.sch.uk
