Welcome back to school Year One!
We hope that you have had a wonderful summer holiday and are ready and raring to get this new school year started!
We will begin with our first topic of ‘Houses and Homes'. I have loved looking at the home projects that you have created over the summer and we will be sharing lots of information about our homes over the next few weeks.
A few things to note:
-PE days are on Thursday and Friday and children need to come dressed in their PE kit on these da
-A spelling book will be sent home every Friday and needs to be returned to school the following Friday for the spelling test
-Home learning will be sent home every Friday in homework books and needs to be returned the following Friday
- Please keep decodable books and keyword packs in bookbags. These need to be in school every day so that staff can read with the children
